Source: UNICEF in Burundi. $19 buys free meals at school for one girl     for a year. Source: UNICEF in Iran. $54 is the cost of supplies and materials for     one teacher per school year in Togo. The cost     includes 14 boxes of chalk; one geometric kit;     and reading, language, and arithmetic books     Source: UNICEF in Togo. $400 is the cost of materials for a class of 50     children per school year in Djibouti. The cost     includes exercise books, slates, chalks, pencils,     pens, paper, and geometric sets ($330), plus a     geometric kit and duplicating materials for the     teacher ($70).
