"Bainbridge Arts & Crafts, Inc. is a     not-for-profit organisation and     gallery established in 1948 to     establish interest in the visual     arts, advance creative     achievement in craft and fine art,     support the development of local     and regional artists, and fine arts     education.

Because visual art speaks a     language that inspires, humanizes,     and educates us; because     creativity inherant in us all;     because the arts have a proven     relationship to problem solving,     and academic performance;     because the arts build community     and generate dollars that impact     our local economy, Bainbridge Arts     and Crafts champions the visual     arts and arts education on     Bainbridge Island.
